Navetta.com is the first website in Finland that serves restorers of old buildings. Launched today, the website features ad space for buying and selling old buildings and old parts, as well as a section for finding professional restorers and suppliers. The website was created using the FiareAds classified advertising software platform.
The Navetta.com website is the brainchild of Pia and Kimmo Kuurma, whose shop Metsänkylän Navetta in Hämeenlinna sells parts for old buildings. Other participating shops include Wanhan Wallankumous in Turku and Haminan Rakennuspuoti, and other suppliers also welcome. As well as serving as a marketplace for classic parts, the website also lets users find or sell classic buildings and locate professional restorers.
“Navetta.com is designed to save time and reduce unnecessary trips searching for parts or suitable properties. Detailed information is provided for all the parts listed on our website, so customers can make sure that the door or window they are interested in is exactly the right size before picking it up or ordering. It was very important for us that the website serves our customers efficiently and that we could launch the service quickly. We selected Fiare as our partner for this project based on their experience with similar online services,” says Kimmo Kuurma of Navetta.com.
